This table is absolutely gorgeous. The table is made of pure wood and has beautiful lines that accentuate this stunning piece. The table has a little pullout shelf that you can set items on and then pushed back in creating a seamless look. I was very fortunate to find such an amazing piece of furniture.
First, I stripped off approximately seven layers of paint and then sanded every inch of the table. Annie Sloan Chalk Paint was then used in Graphite, Pure White, and Country Grey to create a variety of different shades of color. The top of this table has a carved out oval pattern and was painted to make it pop. The edges of the table top and bottom shelf are distressed to show off the unique curves. The lightest of all three colors were used to accentuate all the engraved lines that flow around and down the legs of the table. The entire piece was then sealed with Annie Sloan Clear Wax as well as Varathane sealant in a matte finish for extra protection from fingerprints, water, and general use. This piece is one of my favorite refurbished items to date. The pictures do not do it justice!!
